MULTI PURPOSE SILICONE
A multi-purpose, acetoxy silicone rubber sealant which contains fungicide. Suitable for most sealing jobs around the home both inside and out. Permanently flexible and skins in minutes. Suitable for sealing and waterproofing in areas of high humidity. It has excellent adhesion to glass, glazed surfaces, ceramic tiles, many plastics and most paints. Remains flexible for up to 20 years.
PRO-MATE LMA GLAZING SILICONE
An advanced, low modulus acetoxy (LMA) silicone sealant. Suitable for exterior and interior applications, where the joint movement does not exceed 20% and where the long term durability of silicone is required. Suitable for perimeter sealing and waterproofing around doors and window frames and for general building maintenance.
HA6 RTV SILICONE
A premium, non-shrinking, marine quality, silicone sealant. It is unaffected by UV, ozone, salt water immersion and extremes of temperature and is non-slumping in paste form. For bonding, bedding and sealing glass in aquarium construction. Suitable for the manufacture of in-situ gaskets and seals for pumps and pipework to prevent water ingression and as a dust and weatherproofing seal for cabinets in dirty environments or external applications.
GP200 GENERAL PURPOSE SILICONE
A general purpose, contractors grade acetoxy silicone sealant with fungicide, suitable for most sealing jobs around the home. Quick curing and mould resistant. Suitable for sealing and waterproofing in areas of high humidity. It is ideal for applications in bathrooms, shower rooms, utility rooms and general DIY applications including kitchen work tops.
S3 SANITARY SEALANT
A low maintenance, fungal resistant silicone sealant. Contains a biocide to retard unsightly mould growth. Ceramics, glass, melamine laminates and sanitary plastics, anodised aluminium, lacquered metals, painted timber, painted plaster, primed or painted concrete and primed metals. For sealing around worktops, basins, sinks; bedding basins to vanity units and also to seal shower trays and shower units.
DE-BOND MATE SILICONE SEALANT REMOVER
A non-drip gel formula for the complete removal of cured silicone sealant, particularly when silicone has been accidentally smeared over glass, ceramics or counter tops. Removes all types of silicone and sealant by breaking up and digesting the material, leaving surfaces clean and ready for re-sealing.
WP70 OXIME SILICONE
A low modulus neutral cure (LMN) silicone for perimeter sealing of external door and window frames. Rapid curing with good adhesion properties and additional uPVC adhesion promoters and extended open time for ease of tooling. For perimeter sealing of external wood, aluminium and uPVC door and window frames and for weather sealing and flexible jointing of infill panels. Can also be used on concrete, plaster and mortar.
WP100 OXIME SILICONE
A high grade LMN silicone for perimeter sealing of external door and window frames. Rapid curing with good adhesion properties and additional uPVC adhesion promoters. For perimeter sealing of external wood, aluminium and uPVC door and window frames and for weather sealing and flexible jointing of infill panels. Can also be used on concrete, plaster and mortar.
LN7 LMN SILICONE
LN7 can be used in construction, engineering and electrical applications and as a high extensibility sealant for external and internal applications, including expansion joints. LN7 is effective as a gasketing material and as a bedding compound for glazing double glazed units into timber frames. For use on glass, ceramics, all metals and sealed timber, concrete, mortar, plaster, most plastics, uPVC and polycarbonate and all painted surfaces.

BUILDERS SILICONE
A low modulus neutral cure (LMN) builders silicone sealant. Suitable for internal and external applications. It has primer-less adhesion to most construction materials and remains permanently flexible for up to 25 years. Good weatherproofing properties making it suitable for sealing around doors, windows and general building maintenance. Available in multiple colours
FLASH-MATE LEAD SEALANT
A fast skinning roofing sealant that reduces weather ingression, tile lift and noise. Tough, resilient and compatible with lead. Can be used to bond glass and glazing plastics as well as small sections of roofing materials under repair. Ideally suited for sealing roof-lights, conservatives, soffits, glass house, industrial roofing systems, lead flashings and more
FS4 FIRESHIELD AC INTUMESCENT SEALANT
A high performance, flexible acrylic intumescent acoustic sealant, which in the event of a fire, will swell to provide an inert barrier to smoke and flames. It has non-slumping and rapid skinning properties. Note: The fire resistance achievable with Fireshield AC depends upon the joint design, depth of sealant and substrates being sealed.

DEC-MATE FLEXIBLE FILLER
A quick drying, permanently flexible interior decorators filler that can be smoothed and over-painted within 1-2 hours of application. Adheres to most surfaces and being flexible will allow low movement in joints between different materials or substrates. Ideal for use on wood, plaster, brick, concrete and plasterboard. For filling gaps and cracks in skirting boards, ceilings, stair risings, fitted furniture, pipework and light fittings.

ACOUSTIC SEALANT
A high quality acrylic sealant and adhesive with good adhesion to most common building materials. Suitable for interior sealing around drywall partitioning to reduce noise transmission and for cracks and joints with low movement. It can also be used for sealing interior skirting boards and fixing plasterboard into partition systems to reduce vibration and movement.

A quick drying, interior decorators caulk that remains permanently flexible and can be smoothed and over-painted within 1-2 hours of application. Suitable for sealing and filling cracks in most “alike" materials, such as skirting boards, plastics and polystyrene coving.

COVING ADHESIVE
A high strength, solvent-free, gap-filling, coving and decorating adhesive. Quick grab and suitable for interior coving and decorative mouldings. Can replace mechanical fixings in a multitude of home improvement applications. Dries to a white finish and can be over-painted once dry. Ideal for fixing polystyrene and PU covings, skirting boards, architraves and dado rails, etc.
LAMI-MATE
TIMBER SEALANT
A polymer enhanced, flexible sealant and gap-filler designed for sealing all tongue and groove laminate and hardwood flooring and for sealing around timber windows and door frames. Remains permanently flexible and can be over-painted, stained or varnished for colour matching purposes, once cured. Can be used internally and externally.
PU18 POLYURETHANE ADHESIVE & SEALANT
A one-part, moisture curing, polyurethane adhesive and sealant, with a shore A hardness of 40, for the construction and transport industries. Produces tough, elastic seals and joints with excellent adhesion characteristics which helps dampen vibration. Also oil resistant making it ideal for the engineering industry.
GLASS-MATE
MIRROR ADHESIVE
A low modulus neutral cure (LMN) silicone for interior mirror fixing. Has excellent unprimed adhesion on most mirror coatings and has outstanding resistance to heat and humidity. Not affected by sunlight, ultra violet radiation and temperature extremes. This product will accomdate thermal expansion and is non-corrosive and odourless.
ROOF-MATE ROOF & GUTTER SEALANT
A polymerically reinforced lap jointing sealant and adhesive used to prevent leaks in gutters and downpipes. Forms a flexible seal. Suitable for repairing and maintaining general roofing, roof drainage systems and crack down pipes, etc. It is ideal for use on metal, construction grade plastics, paint, stone, timber, brick, bitumens and asphalt.
RAIN-MATE ALL WEATHER SEALANT
A superior and highly flexible, water repellent, general purpose sealant that has excellent adhesion to all surfaces, even when damp. This product can be over-painted with certain paints and it will not crack or slump or become brittle with age. Suitable for use on brick, concrete, stone, all metals, painted or bare wood, glass, vinyl and most plastics.
LN11 FIRE SCREEN SILICONE SEALANT
Prevents the spread of flame, smoke, toxic gases and water. Halogen free to reduce the risks of toxic fumes and corrosion in the event of fire. This product offers up to 4 hours fire protection when used in accordance with the designs specified in Fire Report J86313/1, ex Redhill Fire Research. It is a neutral curing chemical system suitable for use on concrete, cement, all kinds of metals, timber, glass, ceramics and many plastics.
HT30 HIGH TEMPERATURE SILICONE
A ready-to-use, acetic curing, silicone sealant. Specifically designed for high temperature use, it is UV resistant and weatherproof. After curing HT30 will resists temperatures of 250°C permanently and up to 300°C for short periods. Generally used for sealing joints which are exposed to high temperatures, i.e. connections on ovens, heating systems, machines, car bodies (vicinity of engines), etc.
BUILD-MATE
BUILDING MASTIC
A traditional oil based, gunable pointing and sealing mastic for general exterior building use. Offers superior adhesion to all building surfaces and can be over-painted when cured with most conventional oil based paints. Weatherproof in most applications. Sag resistant and low toxicity. Note: Not suitable for use with uPVC. Can be used to seal and bed window and door frames manufactured from metal or wood.
FG8 FOOD
GRADE SILICONE
A specially formulated, silicone sealant for applications in the food machinery and food preparation industries. Approved by the U.S Food & Drug Administration (FDA) for food contact. Will also withstand sterilisation cycles and the extremes of heat and cold. Contains a powerful and effective anti-fungal compound to prevent microbial growth on seals. Can be used to create waterproof seals and joints in machinery.
HT30 HIGH TEMPERATURE SILICONE
A ready-to-use, acetic curing, silicone sealant. Specifically designed for high temperature use, it is UV resistant and weatherproof. LMH25 HYBRID SEALANT & ADHESIVE
A one part, high quality, low modulus, neutral curing sealing material based on advanced hybrid polymer technology. A tough, flexible hybrid sealant ideal for installing internal and external window and door frames. Can also be used for sealing expansion and connection joints between most common substrates, without the use of a primer.
SEAL PRO
Premium quality low modulus, neutral cure hybrid sealant with a powerful anti-bacterial and mould resistant formula, designed especially for applications in areas of increased humidity, such as bathrooms and kitchens. Seal Pro is also a universal adhesive which bonds to most substrates and can be used on damp surfaces. Provides long term weather resistant joints around fenestration and wall transitions.
GRIPBOND PRO MAX HYBRID ADHESIVE
Gripbond Pro Max typically has double the initial grab of most grab adhesives, eliminating the need for mechanical support in most applications. It has a high ultimate bond strength and is suitable for internal and external use, in all weather conditions. Superb adhesion qualities even on wet surfaces. Quick curing, weather resistant, isocyanate, solvent and acid-free making it safer to use. Remains fully elastic.
GRIPBOND PRO HYBRID SEALANT & ADHESIVE
A totally unique “hybrid" sealant for use in areas requiring a tough elastic rubber joint or as an adhesive with superior bonding strength. A universal, waterproof, construction adhesive and sealer for use with stone, concrete, mirrors, natural stone, marble, gypsum board, poly-carbonates, polystyrene, PVC, many plastics, ceramics, copper, lead, zinc, aluminium, stainless steel, wood and glass.
WOOD PRO ADHESIVE
A permanently flexible, one part, ready to use, moisture cure, internal wood flooring adhesive supplied in a plastic cartridge. Free from silicone, solvent, isocyanates and water. Based on hybrid polymer technology; Wood Pro reduces the risk of warping or deforming the wood flooring due to its moisture and solvent free composition. For the internal bonding of parquet, mosaic, oak, wood block, laminated, exotic timber and many other wood floor types .
MIRROR PRO ADHESIVE
A one part polymer based adhesive which is non-corrosive for the fixing of mirrors and glazed products. Mirror Pro is a ready to use adhesive suitable for use on mirrors, glazed surfaces, glass, enamel, metals, PVCu, polycarbonate and ceramics, which is non-corrosive and odourless. It has outstanding resistance to heat and humidity and does not require a primer.
ASTRO PRO ADHESIVE
A tough, elastic hybrid seaming adhesive for the installation of artificial grass surfaces. Astro Pro is a superior adhesive suitable for use inside and out, in all weather conditions. Has excellent bonding properties even on wet surfaces. Rapid cure time even at low temperatures. Remains fully elastic. Simple application; Ideal for maintenance and repair work.
EASISEAL PRO
A one part, solvent-free, permanently flexible waterproofing material based on hybrid technology. Suitable for wet room tanking, groundwork tanking and waterproofing balconies and terraces (topped with a screed and tiles). Offering high UV resistance, this crack bridging, non-shrinking, non-cracking material is also ideal for repairing flat roofs, sloping roofs, leaking flashing, guttering and roof lights and cracked roofing panels.
INCREDIBOND ADHESIVE
A fibre reinforced, high strength, solvent-free, instant grab adhesive that sticks almost anything to anything. Can be used as an alternative to screws and nails. Has a high dry bond strength and a higher dry bond strength than the majority of hybrid polymer adhesives/sealants. For interior and exterior use (see data sheet for exceptions). Suitable for fixing skirting boards, dado rails, coving, architraves, polystyrene mouldings and key holders.
XTREME ANTI-MOULD SILICONE
A superior anti-mould silicone sealant guaranteed to prevent mould, mildew and bacterial growth for up to 10 years. Remains permanently waterproof making it suitable for sealing applications in areas of high humidity such as kitchens, shower bases and cubicles, baths, wet rooms, sanitary ware, etc. Can also be used around window and door frames in areas that have condensation levels.
THE ONE SILICONE
A one part, solvent-free, permanently flexible waterproofing material based on hybrid technology. Suitable for wet room tanking, groundwork tanking and waterproofing balconies and terraces (topped with a screed and tiles). Offering high UV resistance, this crack bridging, non-shrinking, non-cracking material is also ideal for repairing flat roofs, sloping roofs, leaking flashing, guttering and roof lights and cracked roofing panels.
NO CRACK CAULK
A high quality, water resistant, waterbased sealant with non-cracking formulation and good adhesion to most building materials. Easy to clean, it can be overpainted, stained or varnished for colour matching purposes within 1 hour. Highly flexible, with a joint movement capability up to 12.5% (nearly double that of standard caulks). It is formulated to prevent craze cracking and discolouration of paint when painted with most water based and synthetic paints. Contains a fungicide which helps retard mould growth.
RELOAD - THE REUSABLE SILICONE CARTRIDGE SYSTEM
A variety of grades of silicone and sealant encased in a foil sausage which simply inserts in to a reusable plastic cartridge, cutting down on plastic waste. Once used, simply remove the spent slug and select another foil to insert.
