MEGA FOAM

A high performance, 2 in 1 polyurethane expanding foam available for use as an aerosol grade using special adaptor or by simply fixing a gun applicator can be used as gun grade. Quick, economic and easy to apply for fitting doors, windows and insulating pipes and filling gaps. Improves draught and heat insulation and deadens noise. Fitted with special valve which allows for multi-directional use and will not corode.

B1 FIRE RESISTANT EXPANDING PU FOAM

A high performance, polyurethane expanding foam, fire rated and tested to BSEN 1366-4. Seals irregular gaps and expands over 40 times its can volume. The fresh foam adheres to most common building materials including wood, concrete, stone, plaster, metal, PVC and polystyrene.

B2 EXPANDING PU FOAM

B2 rated polyurethane foam filler. The cured foam is a good temperature and sound insulator, and has strong adhesive properties. Used for installation of doors and windows, insulation and fixing of pipework, filling gaps and holes, fixing wall panels and roof tiles and for thermal insulation. The fresh foam adheres to most common building materials including wood, concrete, stone, plaster, metal, PVC and polystyrene.

B3 GENERAL PURPOSE FILL & FIX EXPANDING

PU FOAM

PU foam based on a moisture curing polyurethane pre-polymer. Quick, economic and easy to apply. Improves draught and heat insulation, fills irregular gaps, fixes framework and deadens sound. Can be cut, sawn, plastered and sealed over once cured.

MEGA STIK PU ADHESIVE

A fast curing, adhesive foam that has been specially developed for the rapid installation of plasterboard, insulation boards, floorboards and roof decking. Supplied in an aerosol can, the product can be used with a standard foam gun. A multi-purpose, polyurethane construction adhesive in a can – but not just a dry wall adhesive. The cured adhesive is an excellent heat insulator and has excpetionally good adhesion properties.

GUN CLEANER

EXPANDING FOAM

A dual purpose, solvent-based solution for effective cleaning of expanding foam applicator guns and removal of wet/uncured foam. Regular cleaning is essential in order to prolong the service life of the applicator and optimise foam delivery. Attaches to standard foam applicator guns. Removes and dissolves fresh, uncured PU-foam from expanding foam gun applicators.

PU WOOD GLUE

(5 MINUTE)

One-part moisture cure polyurethane adhesives specially formulated for waterproof bonding. This product is seawater proof and are resistant to acid and chemicals. For internal and external use. Can be used in joinery and carpentry, for bonding garden furniture, staircases, boats, wooden constructions, sandwich panels and insulation materials.
